Subject not transferred in peace deal

Description​

Hi! I played as Bohemia, tried to make a protectorate from Slovakia. However, Slovakia became Russian protectorate in a diplo play (they promised that in order to sway them).
When I won the war and Russia capitulated, Slovakia was not transferred, however.
