I have an active 6 month expansion pack subscription through Steam but the Winds of Change DLC didn't install today when Steam installed version 1.37. Is this a known issue? Are the 6 month subscriptions through Steam still valid?

I'm having the same problem. Very frustrating that Paradox is not providing the product that we've already paid for. I have also heard from dozens of others that have the same issue. They need to address this problem ASAP.

This issue is being worked on by Paradox and Steam. I don't have an ETA yet but you will get your DLC when fixed!
