Since the new update, my subscription for the DLC does not function. It says to open the window to download it but the subscription window can no longer be opened. I can't load my old save from it without the DLC either for some reason.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Try exiting the Steam app then rebooting. You may then have to go back into the game and under the subscription re-download all content... exit the game.. reload the game
