My subway system shows trains moving around the perimeter of the city, but nobody is using them. There is also a bug where it is saying a line isn't complete showing the flashing symbol of a stop, but it cannot be deleted no matter what I do. I've even placed bus stops right near the subway stops and still they don't use them. I'm not sure why this is happening.
