I'm playing a duchess in the Reach. I have Agnatic-Cognatic primogeniture law. I have two sons and two daughters, all of them legit (as long as my husband knows). My oldest son was my heir as he should be until I changed the location of my capital. Then my oldest daughter became the heir. I save the game and quit. I reloaded the game and now my youngest son is marked as the heir.

I think it is safe to say these are bugs.

EDIT: Also, my husband, who I managed to install as the king of Dorne, has my oldest son as heir. Could it be because the older son is in line to inherit Dorne, it inhibits him from inheriting lands in the Reach?

It has to do with your husband.
