So I built a new prison and for awhile things were going fine. Then suddenly I noticed that some prisoners I had assigned to get a tracking belt just standing in place and not moving and that it said I had a bunch of prisoners awaiting solitary confinement despite nearly all of my solitary cells being empty. Manually setting a solitary cell for the prisoners awaiting solitary seems to work but having to manually set what solitary cell they should be assigned to for nearly every instance of needing solitary if really annoying. As for the tracking belts, the only thing I could do to fix it was to edit the save file directly and remove the give tracking belt task and add the tracking belt to the prisoner manually, save the file and reload it. When I check the Jobs tab, it always says the task is blocked because "No materials". I triple checked that there were more tracking belts and I even added more and it still says that no matter what I do.
Not sure if these are related or not but they both started happening around the same time.
