I was wondering if it was possible to add a dynamic notifications system, for instance say I send my navy across an ocean and it will take them a few months to arrive; now I usually don't get notified when a navy completes an order assigned to it (in the message settings), but in this case, suppose I'm fighting a colonial war, I really want to know when they'll arrive so that I can begin military operations there immediately. Now my suggestion: simply allow me to tag the action (in this case the fleet's movement order) so that when it's done I'll receive a popup (or something similar) saying "hey it's done".

A few other actions it could work with are: building buildings, army and navy movement orders, sieges (although that's already the case for forts, think of provinces/locations), implementations of laws/privileges, movement of a societal value past a certain threshold, etc.
