Suggestion with trials by combat

When someone demands a trial by combat, give us the option to release them on the spot rather then require either a duel or to take a big prestige hit. I once had someone I intended to release almost immediately after I imprisoned them demand a trial by combat before I had the chance.

don't think thats canon i believe that a trail by combat can only be accepted or refused but that it just wasn't possible to release them when they demand a trail by combat
