Can diplomacy be more moddable with the next patch? I'd like to be able to set starting relations and the rates at which relations change based on religion and culture.

If we can't get that we will be stuck with having to use events to make the AI do something. I mean other than the factions that attack each other because of the religion and culture differences. It's kinda ridiculous. The barbarians were all described as warlike, but they just sit there for hundreds of years in all my games heh.

Everyone who agrees this will help give this thing a bump, comment, or something. That way the devs will know how important it is to us.

I was wondering where you could mod the starting diplomacy stats. Turns out apparently I can't! It's kind of stupid having Pontus hate Armenia (and like the Selecuds) just because they are both Greek religion and same culture group.

Start the game, save it immediately, and you can mod these things in the savefile. Open with notepad. This is the only way I can think of to solve your problem currently.
