Therefore Gangrel would provide unique experience ...

And Nosferatu can aswell ...

The only last option that would be desired is therefore Lasombra ...
Returning to the issue of Nosferatu, while Tzimisce requires the introduction of the mechanics of building a player's house/mansion (I can't imagine how else the mechanics of forcing Tzimisce to sleep in a coffin with native soil could be implemented), Nosferatu, apart from the aforementioned, as it turns out, controversial mechanics of violating the masquerade by simply appearing in a public place, offers other interesting possibilities.

Nosferatu are known for "giving" exceptionally beautiful and vain people the transformation into Nosferatu. This in itself provides a great excuse to implement just such a story into the game (a series of missions for Nosferatu Phyre) ending with the creation of a "Cainite child" from an influencer/model/celebrity who owed her comfortable life and considerable wealth to her beauty and numerous plastic surgeries, while treating everyone who earned less than her like garbage.

This type of story would perfectly show the face of Nosferatu as, in a sense, avengers of the wrongs of the poorest. Not to mention that it would be a bull's eye when it comes to showing modern society in which we currently have a lot of such pathological celebrities.

As far as i know, all you technicaly need is a bag of dirt ... not even particulary big one ... lets say, size of a purse +/- ?
I dont really know how will our protagonist be awaken in the beginning, but since they would be Tzimisce at that point, my bet would be that wherewer they were resting, they had to have that bag present.

So ... kinda meh in my opinion.
Basicaly you would play with no bane whatsoever. :-/

I kinda like this idea ...

Not sure tho how would it fit to overall narative of this game ...
I mean, if it would be a sidequest during the main story ... i would say its a weird one, since our protagonist should probably be more concerned about someone saping their power, rather than giving some petty mortal a lesson ... especialy theese days, where almost every mortal is petty and worthy of such punishment embrace. -_-
If it would happen after the story tho! Then it would be a bit too little to stand on its own legs. :-/

Ergo:
Personaly, i would like to see such thing in next VtM game (yes, i know Paradox said that they wont be doing any ... that dont mean nobody will, after all, even Baldur's Gate was ressurected eventualy).

And if i may dream really big for a few seconds:
Can you imagine series of VtM RPG's that would tell the same tale from perspective of different participants, who would affect each other?
(This is not the point, but something i would love to see in some game one day ...)

VtM: Ventrue ... where protagonist would get to become new prince.
VtM: Toreador ... where protagonist would need to deal with the fact that Ventrue cut them off the power.
And ofc. VtM: Nosferatu ... where protagonist would spy and provide intel on both sides from previous games.

Where our Nosferatu protagonist would have option to work with several people, of wich some would be willing to work with him only as he is, others would be contact trough other means(like dead boxes, emails and stuff) and some of them would never deal with him, unless he is under effect of Mask of Thousand faces ...
And in later acts, our Nosferatu would be given a permit to embrace one childe ... s/he would be able to pick any of those who they worked with so far ... some of them would betray us, some of them would be loayal, some of them would walk into sun ... etc.

In short: Let that decision mean something bigger!

Players guide introduced alternative clan banes.

Tzimisce Variant

Cursed Courtesy - If they wish to enter a place of residence uninvited they must spend Willpower equal to their Bane Severity, this penalty also applies to their Discipline pools while they are there. The invitation inside can only be made by someone who lives there and this does not occur in uninhabited homes or public places. Tzimisce with this Bane cannot take the uninvited Folkloric Block.
I like the variant, because the original bane is basically no bane at all.

Check the rest here
HOWEVER: BL2 is not going to utilize clan banes. The rationale given was that the mark suppressed Phyres clan bane along with their powers.

Yep, two.
Thank you for the confirmation. I have been receiving various unconfirmed information. Some people claimed that the decision to abandon the Blodlines brand after completing Blodlines 2 was supplemented with information about limiting the number of DLCs to one. It is very comforting that Paradox maintains the offer and will honor the agreement according to which the package I have will include two DLCs.

Not at all. With the implementation of the proposed system of acquiring and expanding estates, Tzimisce's Bane becomes a real threat. Let's assume that Phyre arrived in Seattle in a box of soil. The first additional mission is therefore to secure the aforementioned soil for obvious reasons. Nevertheless, the more Phyre starts to interfere in the political life of Camerilla Seattle, the more enemies will line up to give our nomad a hard time. If we play as Tzimisce, then the best method for this is to separate our elder from the aforementioned soil.

So our residences, Where did we hide this soil, will become a point of attack for numerous enemies who want to harm us. For Tzimisce, having such places is both a source of strength and weakness. If we lure the target to our territory, then we have control, but if the hunters capture all the soil, then the game is over. So we add a mini-game of cat and mouse with the opposing factions to the actual gameplay. So we hide or fortify our residences, and preferably one and expensive. A similar system was used on a larger scale in Folaut 4, adding settlements that are built up but that are occasionally attacked by enemies. Here, it would work on a smaller scale.

This solution would enrich the fun and at the same time thematically refer to the previously mentioned film Nosferatu, which in itself gives us promotional leverage, and books about Dracula. I also think that this type of clan Bane would be a real weakness but also an interesting variety of the game.

The aforementioned story can be easily adapted to properly fit the theme of the struggle for power and influence. For example, the aforementioned celebrity/influencer is also a pawn of the powerful Ventrue, Phyre's rival. She (model) uses her fame to provide the aforementioned opponent of Nomad with properly selected victims. As we know, Bane Ventrue is that they do not feed on the blood of any mortals. They need properly selected specimens.( For example, desperate single men. ) The celebrity does this because the only thing she is afraid of is old age and that with age she will lose her beauty and with it her wealth and social position. She will become like others she despises so much. Ordinary and, worse, forced to take up work! She cannot allow this to happen, so she made a "pact with the devil", or rather Ventrue. Along with immortality, she will supply him with the blood of properly selected mortals. So that he does not have to deal with something as trivial as hunting. In such a case, Phyre can:

a) come to an agreement with the opponent and, as a sadistic joke, fulfill the promise of the celebrity's patron when she becomes too impatient and troublesome.
b) Strike at the opponent by cutting off their supplies by transforming the celebrity into a Nosferatu, which will also be a proper punishment for her in the sense of Nosferatu. This may be a mission for someone who has been affected by the celebrity's actions.

c) Make an agreement with the celebrity by deceiving her into betraying the patron and cutting off supplies, promising immortality and eternal beauty, which can then be summed up with a sarcastic "now your inner beauty will be seen by the whole world".

e) Get rid of the celebrity's rival/patron and punish her by ensuring that now nothing will protect her from old age and confrontation with real life. Alternative end of the quest.
