Got my Summerborn unit to level 10 but there is no option to choose a new skill for them. Every winter the Summerborn unit has the golden wreath thing on its icon (The one that lets you know your unit can upgrade its stats or pick a new skill) but like I said there is no option to choose a new skill and I have already used all attribute points.
