Sunda loses an estate privilege given by a mission when it forms Malaya.

Description​

Sunda gets the burghers estate privilege 'advanced irrigation techniques' when it completes a mission. But when you form Malaya (which is required to progress down the mission tree) you lose that privilege

Steps to reproduce​

1. Play Sunda
2. Complete mission 'improve rice production'
3. Form Malaya
4. The estate privilege from the mission will disappear

Its worse than that.

If you form any of the other two tags that Sunda has access to from its missions
you can still complete the mission for the privilege and then lose it instantly.

Its only available to specificaly Sunda and the other two tags can only be formed by Sunda.

Yea, it is pretty weird. Lan Na also has the same privilege which also goes away if you form Lan Xang. At least the mission should give an alternative reward if they really don't want other tags to get the privilege.
