9 daily ic x 100 days = unit value = 900 ic.
if you have to ressuply 50% of the unit, you need to speend 450 ic,
but because you are not building the unit just ressuplying it we could say
that it should cost 250 ic.
if 1 ic daily produces ie 10 supply units, then
250ic x 10 supply = 2500 supply units
i haven´t checked how many supply units produces an ic,
and how many supply consumes a 50% ressupply,
but the feeling is that is very cheap.
