[Support Needed] Game Crashes

TL;DR

Game crashes, reinstalled, verified, etc, nothing has worked

As there's no support forum here, best to lodge a ticket at paradox.zendesk.com with full details (rather than pasting a link in, if you don't mind).

Attach there a dxdiag.txt and the game's log file:
C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\debug.txt
