Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Advanced Martian Engines tech refills all rockets with fuel no matter how much fuel they have in them.

Can you replicate the issue?
In all games every time.

Place down a Fuel depo for Drones to unload from Rocket, within range of Rocket or Drone hub near Rocket. I don't see one, but then it is tiny.

That is not the issue ellacharmed. Fuel shows up out of thin air as soon as the tech is complete. This is always happening no matter what you play with or where.
PS: I know how to deal with extra fuel.
