Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The construction cage close to the center of the dome is blocked. Moreover, which "looks" to the "south".

I see that with your saved game too. But if I demolish the rebuild the Arcology, I cannot get it to happen again, regardless of which orientation I build it in.

Is that what you find too?

Demolished the arcology. When trying to build- I chose the design of a new one- it gives an error. Arcology has an extra hex on only 1 side. Other designs do not interfere.

If you build it using one of the styles in the Future Contemporary Cosmetic Pack, then it has an extra space. But if you build it in the original style and then switch it to a "future contemporary" style after construction, then this doesn't happen. A number of the reviews for the cosmetic pack on Steam also note this problem.
