"Beyond Earth" Mystery being impossible to complete.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When playing the mystery "Beyond Earth", it is possible to finish all the objectives too quickly and end up getting completely locked out of finishing the mystery. The mystery has 2 main parts, researching objectives, and sending trade rockets. If you research all the objectives to their completion and finish the mystery before you get the message for trade rockets, you will still get the message and the mystery log will pop back up (as seen in the screen shot of the mystery log). However, this time it is completely stuck, as the trade rocket that lands on your base, while it can be filled, will never leave (as seen in the screen shot of the rocket). Even though all criteria have been met, it is impossible to get rid of the mystery log or rocket stuck on your base.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. If you research all different objectives before any of the "trade rockets" come, you can easily replicate this bug. I have been able to replicate it on my Mac and xbox, and my friend has done it on his PlayStation, who had Green Planet and Below and Beyond installed.
