Description
Biorobot Guru turning people into biorobots

Windows

Steam

What is your game version?
228.003

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I'm not sure this is intended, but I've got a Biorobot with the Guru quirk and they seem to be behaving like the borg. Any time they meet a human with less than 3 traits they have a chance to give them Biorobot as a trait. I've got a bunch normal human colonists who are now imortal due to having been given the biorobot trait.

Can you replicate the issue?
Not easily, I'd need to keep on building biorobots until I get another one with the Guru quirk. But the one I have so far is turning humans into biorobots repeatedly.

Can confirm.

Playing on version 228.003, [Win 10], Steam.

Built a Biorobot Guru, stuck her in my retirement home dome for the heck of it just to see if it would spread. Assimilation into the Borg collective was successful and now I have a few eternal cyborg seniors who refuse to die.

Edit: I just noticed that the colonist in the picture also is depicted as Martianborn but I know that she was Earthborn. I specifically imported a few seniors with few traits to increase the chances of synthetic ascension.

Maybe a retirement dome wasn't the best place to do that? LOL I've forcibly resettled my Borg Queen (it's a female guru robot btw) into my education mega dome so she can upgrade the students in the universities :D Working quite well so far.

Ha ha, creepy! Not sure if it's intended or not (so I certainly see why you'd bug report it just in case, I'd have done the same) but I actually think that's pretty awesome.

So it can definitely spread to seniors - who at least can get forever young to reenter the workforce, if you're lucky on breakthroughs.

Does it spread to children giving you immortal non-workers that way, too?

Tested it a bit more and every age group but children have so far turned into borgs. I guess childrens' traits might be locked until they grow up and become youths.
