Surviving mars bug mac

So I've played surviving mars for about 26 hours now, and I quite like the game, however now whenever I load up my saves, the entire screen will be covered in blue. I've tried restarting the game and even restarting my computer, but none of it has worked. Please help
my specs are

Processor: 3.2 GHz Intel Core i3

Memory 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3

Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 5670 512 MB

Your specs are the bare minimum requirements for the game. But what OSX version do you have? We’ve found that even though it says 10.11 it really should be on 10.13 .

I think I the problem, the computer is only one version 10.10.5

Yes, that is almost certainly the problem.
