Bug report tools fail everytime I try to report a bug

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I found a bug or two in the new below and beyond expansion pack and wanted to report a bug through the ctrl-f1 utility. I tried twice, one with a savefile attached and one without, both failed with an error message "Bug report failed to send" or the like.
Attached game files are when I tried to report it with a savefile, including the bug report tool generated one.
Can you replicate the issue?
Ctrl-f1 while in game on mars. Fill in the title, description and optionally add a savegame.
