Cabels goes bad after 5000+ colonists?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have all the cables attached in multiple ways but after 5000+ colonists, suddenly my cables starting to go bad. I have to salvage them and reconstruct them to make my building work again. Is this a bug? Can somebody explain me what is going on here? This is insanely frustrating.

Can you replicate the issue?
I think once you hit 5000+ colonist and keep the game on full speed for a while this issue occurs.

To Solve: I have to salvage the cables and reconstruct them because they are "too dusty", once I do this it goes back to normal. Then few sols later it comes back again.

This looks a lot like a power issue I and another person have reported here: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...s-late-game-power-network-bugs-win10.1081961/

Our power grids just seem like they don't want to act as proper grids. This looks pretty similar to my issue. I also found that building a new cable gets stuff back on the grid. Did not let it run long enough to see if they just disconnect again a few sols later.

Ooh wow okay, I have to start a new game anyways but I did spent a lot of hours on this. Hopefully they fix this issue soon. Thanks a lot.

Yeah, I'm 60 hours in to my disaster of a colony and really hope the devs fix this in the next patch.
