Can not save, Win 10, epic game launcher

What is your game version?

Do you have Space Race installed?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was able to save yesterday (3/30/21) but frequently can't today
Both auto save and manual save come back with some version of this:
Unidentified error while saving "SpaceY Sol 1"
Error code: Block Error

Can you replicate the issue?
Sometimes, I just try to save.

Frankly not sure what could cause that. Can you start and play a new test colony okay, or it is affected this way also?


Please attach here the latest (ONLY!) game log file, from here:
C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Roaming\Surviving Mars\logs\
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

Plus, DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

It seems to have stopped, maybe it was a fluke or caused by a mod.

It's not caused by a mod. I have had this error this week on the Steam version without been able to save even one game. SkiRich checked my logs without finding the cause. The failed autosaves were logged but the manual ones haven't even been logged.
I was about to reset the game when the save started to function again on its own.
