Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Can not scroll to the bottom of the mission setup menu with the mouse wheel. The lowest option is only reachable if you grab the scrollbar and drag it down. Scrolling with the mouse wheel can only reach the second lowest option.

Can you replicate the issue?
