Can't click on Bottom Icons (Rocket, Rovers, Domes, etc)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So around Sol 88, I can no longer click on the icons at the bottom middle of the screen such as rocket, rovers, domes. It doesn't register the clicks. Yet clicking elsewhere on the UI works (speed, etc).
Makes the game unplayable as I can no longer land or launch rockets.
Not sure the log file has anything, but uploaded some logs.
Can you replicate the issue?
Only through savegames.
It starts to happen soon after Sol 87 savegame is loaded, and is stuck without being able to click in Sol 89 savegame.
