Do you have Space Race installed?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Setting any dome to prevent births does not work, children continue to be born. Limit births by available space seems to work, but I cannot be 100% with this.
Also, while dome filters work with respect to specialities, children do not leave domes where the filter has been set to no children, despite space in nurseries in other domes, and idle shuttles.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. This has happened throughout this save.

Same here. Version 7336333 from September 13th. I have filed a bug report a week ago. Births are out of control and still not fixed. Unplayable.

Senior Cant move to Senior Dome to not only Child

This impotent bug please fix it!!!!!

Same issue. Using PC version 1007874, no mods, with Space Race installed. Do not have below and beyond.

I am seeing some children in a child only dome, but many domes still have children. I have a senior only dome which in my case is working.
The specialization filter seems to be working.

I am also having the same issue. PC version, up to date on Steam with new content bought and installed. Trying to stop all births in all domes... still going up.
