Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The filters for the domes do not work. I have one dome and I specifically selected not to have any kids/births. I have 5 new kids despite the selection.

PS: I am not using any mods.

Can you replicate the issue?
It is happening to all the domes.

I can also confirm that i have encountered this bug

DLC installed
-Below and beyond
-colony design set
-in dome buildings
-green planet
-mysteries resupply

Mods-all mods have been uninstalled or disabled and a completely new game started
Conditions-church of the new ark, psychologist, sphere mystery

Explain issue: The "births forbidden" option does not work and colonists are continuously born, even exceeding the maximum capacity of the dome
-the "births are forbidden when full" option MIGHT work when i manually disable living spaces within the dome.

Can you replicate the issue: Yes, even started an entire new game and still had the issue.

I also encounter the same problem in PS4 with the newest update. Even with "births are forbidden" on, new children still emerge out of thin air. Or is it an alien invasion?

Only B&B DLC is not installed.

Same problem, every dome has the birthrate turned off atm and there's still a new one born every moment!

No mods, standard Steam game, just bought Below and Beyond.
