Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Lots of water and currently 8 of 125 colonists dehydrated. 11,400 units of stored water. One common factor is all the afflicted are in Basic Domes. This has apparently been a problem in the past?

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. No mods. If I run forward from an earlier save I get the same result. I'm at Sol 591 so impossible to start over.

An update on this. Turns out the colonists are not dying of dehydration in their domes (being fully terraformed they're wide open.) The colonists are just walking outside (as they should) but are dehydrating as if it was a hostile environment. So, different kind of bug but a bug. If you load the save file and follow Jerry Starkiller or Hugo Mercury or basically anybody around they'll eventually walk "outside" and start dehydrating (it might take 4-5 excursions but it happens eventually.) You can also go to the Command Center ("Z") and under "Colonists" select your whole colony and filter on "Problematic colonists" I've tried this on two different computers to verify.
