Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When assigning colonists to jobs, they often relocate by themselves and then even after reassigning to the previous job will move again. Also, I have noticed that colonists will say they are assigned to a job, but will never actually go to the job.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, I have been able to repeat this on several occasions and the only workaround I've been able to find is to only bring in certain colonists at certain times.
