Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I select a build icon, the pop-up will show info for the build to the left or right instead. Seems mouse hovering works normal but not gamepad. I restarted the game and it is still doing it. Here is a pic https://i.imgur.com/MVAfXwL.jpg where I have wind turbine selected but it shows info for stirling generator.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. Just selected it again with a controller
