Crash if save is loaded at first

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The attached save-file causes the game to crash if its loaded at first.
It was created after having a performance-drop (which occure from time to time), to restart the game and then continue with full performance again.
The crash can be bypassed by loading another save before and then loading the attached one.
Also note that every save crated from this one do have the same problem.
Can you replicate the issue?
Start the game and load the attached save-file before doing anything else.
