Crash to desktop switching from underground to overground

Space Race, Green Planet, Below and Beyond, Marsvision Song Contest, Colony Design Set, Project Laika
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Not sure if related to hotfix 3, but haven't had any CTD with Below and Beyond from launch until one happened today.
No mods in use now or at any point.
Attached save file to reproduce issue, and crash and dmp file
(i5-4690, 16gb, gtx 970, up-to-date Windows 10 19043.1237, latest nvidia drivers 471.96, 614gb free)
Can you replicate the issue?
Can replicate reliably by loading my latest (manual) save where crash first encountered, manually saved before quitting game earlier, when I returned, couldnt continue from save point.
Load save game, should start in underground, click on overground button, crash.
