Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When doing the domes tutorial, earlier on the tutorial you're asked to send a rocket from earth with supplies. The tutorial has no requirements or suggestions on where to place the rocket, so I placed it east of my base.

Now I reached the step where the dome should be placed, and the dome _does_ have requirements on where it should be placed - specifically where I've already placed the rocket. Now I need to wait a significant amount of time to load the rocket again so I can place a dome.

Suggested fixes:

1. Do not require a specific location for the dome, as with the rocket
or
2. Require a specific location for the rocket, as players cannot predict future requirements of the tutorial and can waste a lot of their time if it is placed in a way that interferes with future steps.

Oh, also once the game expects you to build the dome, it locks off your ability to build anything else, so you can't even speed up the process.
