Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Double-clicking never does anything. According to the UI:

- Double-clicking a colonist in the command center should zoom to them
- Double-clicking an unresearched building should open the research screen

but neither happens (I suspect two single clicks are registered, since the colonist is highlighted in the command center).

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, it's constant
