Drones and rovers don't use a tunnel

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.

I built a tunnel to transfer water from Base2 to Base1.
Because PathA was too far and PathB was unbuildable (I couldn't build pipes on it).
When it starts building, suddenly drones in Base1 carried materials to Base2 ( I can't understand why they just build the Tunnel entrance in Base1 ) and they were broken down in the middle of Path B. So I had to fix them with Rover manually. After then, the same thing happened again. Rovers and drones don't use the tunnel at all. Instead, they always use the Path B and drones were just stuck in Path B. So I suffered from lack of drone for Base1. ( drone problem happens only when they build a tunnel. Rovers use tunnel when I manually designate tunnel)
First, I can't understand why drone travels from Base1 to Base2 that far distance even PathB was out of command area.
Second, Why don't vehicles use the tunnel stupidly even though passing PathB takes more time and fuel.

Can you replicate the issue?
I attached an image. it is 31S 126E. build base1 -> base2 and build the tunnel between them.

Confirmed on Win10. Rovers and Drones doesn't take the tunnel if on same "level", if the rover can drive to the destination it it not take the tunnel. If the tunnel is built on inaccessible hill they then take the tunnel.

I've had rovers not use the tunnel when the area is inaccessible except via tunnel. Found a transport stuck without power on the far end of the ridge pointed down to the area below--unable to reach it.

I think they know this has been an issue since the streamers got review copies thought, so hopefully it'll get fixed soon.
