Drones cannot get waste rocks from dome

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
For some reason, I have a couple of waste rocks inside one of my domes. I have a fleet of drones outside piling back and forth around the entrance closest to those rocks, but refuse to go through the airlock to pick them up.

Can you replicate the issue?
The issue exists in the southeast corner of the middle dome in the dome cluster in the southwest corner of the map.

I have a similar issue in another game now. A meteorite landed on the edge of a dome, right on the pipe connector. Drones approached it from the inside of the dome to clear it, but failed to reach it and gave up. The meteorite is clearly outside the dome, but they don't even try accessing it from the outside. Probably the pipe connector counts as being inside the dome, but outside the collision box, or something like that.

I brought an RC Rover over and one of the drones tried to go into the dome to fetch the rock (attached as a screenshot). But when it reached the edge of the dome, it just stopped and did nothing.
