Drones constantly taking polymers out of and back in to the same depot

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My drones are staying around my polymer storages (depots and the little pad things) and taking polymers from them, then immediately placing them back. The drones do not do anything other than stand around the depot and pick up and put down the polymers.
I am not using any mods that change gameplay, only graphical ones (Better zoom, research bar etc.)
Can you replicate the issue?
I have not yet tried to replicate the issue
