Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I completed my basic dome resources requirements but none of all drones nearby finish my construction(Even the drones from my RC). I'm brazilian and my game's language is set as portuguese, but anyone who played this game before can see the problem.

Can you replicate the issue?
No, I don't have resources to build another dome.

Have you built other domes in this game okay?

Is there a drone controller in range of that dome?

Maybe attach a save of it we can look at.
