There are quite a few mods in that log. You are definitely seeing this in a colony that's never had any mods used in it?

There is a slightyl newer nVidia driver, may as well try that:
 
This phenomenon appears even when all mods are deactivated and a new colony is created.

My NVIDIA Graphic driver (proprietary driver) is automaticaly updated during system updates. It's more conveignent to have a rpm than to build NVIDIA driver.

My proprietary NVIDIA driver is updated as a rpm package with the other packages of my distribution. It's more convenient to have an automatically updated rpm than a ".run" driver to launch.
