Drones won't collect or distribute Seeds on PS4 (Since patch)

Do you have Space Race installed?
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Ever since the patch, drones from all hubs and RC commanders ignore seeds from Hydroponics farms and Farms. They only way to collect seeds is to manually assign a drone to collect one then manually assign it to drop off that seeds.
Can you replicate the issue?
Happens every time seeds are produced.
