Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Simply the game will not launch, posting the error. Need DX11 or DX11 Card to support the game. I am running windows 10 with DX12 and I have a 1080 graphics card

Can you replicate the issue?
Simply need to launch the game.

Most likely your video driver has not installed correctly and the game cannot find it. Uninstall it, and reboot. When it comes up install the latest driver

and reboot again.
