Playing with Below and Beyond installed. The Last War mystery triggers, and when cargo from Earth gets embargoed, the same restrictions apply to my Asteroid rockets, including on the return FROM the asteroid.
Can you replicate the issue?
Have Below and Beyond installed, with The Last War as the mystery.
