Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Electrolyzers conrtinue to use 3L/hour water, even when turned off, however oxygen is not produced
Dismantling electrolyser solves water drainage

Replicatable: Yes

As a side note, the electrolyser also continues to consume water, even when not making more oxygen (e.g. storage tanks are full) which seems inapproipriate balance-wise

same issue, i put a valve between them and the water storage
