Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing a game with Europe as my sponsor I am not getting additional funding with each technology I research (though I did receive the bonus techs to research at the start).
I started a game before the Spirit patch and noticed this and then because the patch hit I started a new game in case it had been picked up and I am still not getting extra funding for completing technologies. I have only tried two Commander Profiles and they both react the same, Rocket Scientist and Ecologist so it doesn't appear to be linked to Commander Profile
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes
1) Start new game with Europe as sponsor
2) Pick your starting load (I went with default both times)
3) Start your colony, note the funding amount
4) Each time you research a technology check the funding amount to see if it changes.
