Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was playing on a map and I got the popup for exonerating circumstances for windmills. I got several options as to what to do to leave my windmills be or pay the resources to have them fixed. As I chose to pay the machine parts to have them fixed I am now needing 12-15 machine parts to fix my windmills and to research the tech to be able to build more. Ironically I had several in que to be built when the event occurred. I halted the construction so that they wouldnt need the extra parts to finish and could not build new ones but could still finish the ones in que. Its more of a game logic error that I am able to finish constructing the ones I already have in que and cant order more in que.
