Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Probably not a bug in the sense of this game but definitely something that blocks starting the game.
Starting the game from steam gives an access denied by steam message and a popup from f-secure it blocked a harmful application. With that nothing else happens. See screenshots attached.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes multiple times. Though there is a workaround to the issue to explicitly allow the executable.
