Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I marked an extractor for demoltion a while ago during a metero shower. The building was already salvaged and i do have decommission protocol. For some reason i cant do anything though. The building has the warning light above it and i cant interact with it further, but it just does not get demolished.
Can you replicate the issue?
It seem to be limited to my current game. I think a meteor hit the building during the demolition and that somehow cancelled it.
