Description
For some reason all of the Domes in my main grid longer can receive any water or air.

Windows

Steam

What is your game version?
1010838

What DLC do you have installed?
(DID NOT ANSWER QUESTION)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was expanding my base and added a Geoscape dome on the other side of my molehill this dome was up and working I got up and running. then an added two-barrel domes one on each side of the molehill to connect the new dome to my main grid through tunnels. when these finished building all of a sudden all 10 of my domes in this grid could no longer receive any air or water. at first, I thought I was just short so I added some more Moxis and vapour moisturizers and then I realized that all of the domes said they had no air or water. these were all still connected to the machines and tanks but there was no flow. when I select the pipe it says that they is a supply but no demand and the domes they are connected to say they are no supply. as a result, I have lost about 400 colonists and I am down to one dome that was never connected to this grid. and yes all of my MOXIs and Moisture vaporizers have power. I really need help with this. I also seem to be starting to have power problems too. This is not the only glitch though the cube countdown is at -4000 hours and when I select something then something else the menu still shows stats for the fust item.

Can you replicate the issue?
I don't know exactly how any of these three glitches happened but for the big one, it might have something to do with a glitch relating to a pipe valve I removed that was connected to the barrel dome in a weird way it happened around that time. it also might have something t do with connecting the grids of the Geoscape dome with my main grid. one other thing was I had just sent the mission to investigate the "naked thing running around on the surface" and I don't know what became of that mission I never got any news after that and don't know if I got the rocket back or not. I don't know more than that in how it happened. BTW where are the saved files saved, from now on I want to be making backups before I play each time.

Please attach the affected save game file here, thanks.

They are in C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Surviving Mars\{large number}\
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

When I load the Save, it appears that you're in the middle of a Dust Storm. Confirmed by the fact that Rockets cannot land.
But, what is curious is that Shuttles are still flying....

I waited out the Dust Storm, but the appearance of it did not clear away and Rockets still cannot land. It seems the Disaster is stuck.
So, I then quit the game. And located and subscribe to Choggi's mods as listed below:
- Stop Current Disasters https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1411115645&searchtext=disaster
- Clear Stuck Notifications https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2629945101&searchtext=mystery

At next game launch and after enabling mod, and loading the save
- the notifications are cleared after I go to Mod Options and OFF/ON the "Clear Mysteries" setting
- the disaster is not stopped, however. It remains stuck even after the OFF/ON trick on the option setting

Based on the Mystery countdown, this save is started before the 1010838 patch?
If you start a new Save and experience the Dust Storm disaster, did it also remain stuck or it clears up alright?

When loading the Save, the Dust Storm still had 3 Sols left in its duration.
The Dust Storm notification did get dismissed after 3 Sols when the countdown timer is over, but its manifestation, ie
- the smoky red atmosphere in the valley and
- the Rocket still not being able to land and
- the Moisture Vaporators & MOXIEs cannot work
...is what remains stuck.

When you say
for me the dust storm is not stuck.
do you mean the "manifestation" above all cleared up after the Dust Storm countdown is gone?

That still does not explain why the shuttles can still fly during said Dust Storm, when they should have been grounded. So to me that is a bug. The game is confused whether there's a Dust Storm or not?
As for the glitches....
There's only one Water Extractor, for a colony of this size and length of play and is not connected to the grid to the Domes in the upper section. What would be helpful to see is if the upper section's Life Support grid fails before the Dust Storm started due to the "glitches" that you mentioned or because more Domes came online than the grid can supply?
And the infopanels getting stuck all over the place, I also don't know what would cause that, haven't read that others are experiencing that either.

Have you done a Steam Verify, and clearing Download cache; logged off the Steam client and relogin?
I still say, best to try and see if similar issues still occur in a NEW game started with 1010838 patch, after Steam Verification.

And, when you encounter more issues on a NEW game, a log file would also be helpful. Attach together with the accompanying buggy Save.
It's located in the same path as the Saves but in its own Logs folder
%APPDATA%/Surviving Mars/Logs

Well, In my save I had not reached the end of the dust storm yet and I did not know it was broken. but all these problems started before the dust storm. Last I knew my water and air tanks(excluding some new ones which I can't remember if I removed) were full but though they are connected they are not being used either. (note that I used to have all my domes connected with tunnels before the problem started and in the process of trying to fix it I removed them )

No, I have not verified it on steam yet but I did reinstall it.

here are the logs.

i don't know which of these is for my save. my brother also has a save which he has not played for a while so one of them is probably for that.

looking in the big log file one I'm seeing a lot of [LUA ERROR] Mars/Lua/SupplyGrid . Lua99 attempt to perform arithmetic on nil value (field ' consumption')
like a lot of it
