After last update, game crash after few minutes playing. In doesn't matter in what screen you are. Sometimes just crashes and closes and others the image stucks and music and effects keep playing. The second gives the error "
[d3d11 error] ..\HR\reRenderDevice-d3d11.cpp(1707) : 2031744992 : The video card has been physically removed from the system, or a driver upgrade for the video card has occurred." in the log.

It happens with and without mods, starting new game or loading an old one

Please attach here the game logs:

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Here are the last game logs with the same error with and without mods

That's either a driver or hardware problem with the video.

Uninstall that nVidia driver and reboot.

Then download this version of the driver
http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/134070/en-us
install it and reboot again.
Before you run the game now, exit GeForce Experience if it is now running. Then try the game.
