Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I'm on Windows 10 Pro, version 1709, build 16299.309. Whenever I launch the game it uses the audio settings at the time for the entire game session. If I plug in headphones, it continues to use the external speakers. If I turn the volume up and down using my keyboard, it ignores the change. To switch to headphones or adjust the volume I have to quit and re-launch the game. I am not using mods.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. Playing the game normally every time replicates this issue.
