Game starts to laag after a certain Colony Size without CPU/RAM/GPU Usage going up

Space Race, Green Planet, Below and Beyond

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I don't know why this is happening, but every time my Colony reaches a "bigger" size, everything starts to freeze every 2-5s for ~1s, but the fps stays stable at 75fps(synced).
But the CPU, RAM or GPU Usage stays relatively low, so it's not like i don't have enough resources.
Disabling Mods didn't help either.

Can you replicate the issue?

But what can i do about this?
I Already covered this on the r/SurvivingMars Discord, where i pinged you i think it happens on a bigger size of the Colony, because i played Months without Mods after i bought SM, because i didn't know that there was Mod support XD(reason on the DC) and it kept happening.
ah and btw, if you write me on dc server, ping me, or otherwise i wont get a notification.
